Jacqueline Fernandez, a Sri Lankan actor from Bahrain's Manama was raised in an ethnically diverse family. Jacqueline Fernandez's mother Kim and her father Elroy have both been Malaysian. Her brothers are elder as well as two younger brothers. The family relocated to Bahrain during the 1980s because of the Lankan turmoil and she was born and raised in Bahrain. She hosted the television show Lanka Business Report which focused on Sri Lankan Business. Padukone (the child of badminton players Prakash Padukone) was born and raised in Bangalore. When she was a teen, Padukone competed in a variety of championships for national badminton. But she gave up the sport when she decided to be a professional fashion model. Padukone's native language is Konkani. She is Mangalorean by origin. Padukone is a village located in the Kundapura Taluk of Karnataka's Udupi District. Prakash Padukone is her father as well as a former badminton pro with international recognition. Her mother is a travel agent.
